I chose this dentist based on reviews and I was right! The dentist explained an issue I had with tremendous detail. She went over my treatment plan and gave me time to understand some dental decisions I needed to make. Very pleased!

My wife and I had our dental cleaning appointments scheduled for 10:00 AM on June 27, and we made these appointments six months in advance. About a week before the appointment, the front desk called and asked if we could move our appointments to 11:00 AM. I told them that wouldn’t work for us, and they said that was fine. During the same phone call, I specifically asked the receptionist to confirm that both my wife and I were still scheduled for 10:00 AM on June 27, because I wanted to make sure we weren’t accidentally booked on different dates. The receptionist clearly confirmed that both appointments were at 10:00 AM. However, when we arrived today, I was called in for my cleaning first. After I finished, I noticed my wife was still sitting in the waiting room. When I asked why she hadn’t been called, the front desk told us that she wasn’t scheduled for today at all and that her appointment was supposedly next month. We were completely confused because we showed them the appointment confirmation text message, which clearly stated June 27 at 10:00 AM. Even after seeing the confirmation, the receptionist simply said they didn’t know why it happened. This is extremely unprofessi

I wouldn’t recommend this office if your time matters. I’ve been coming here for my cleanings for the past 3 years, so this was really disappointing. I drove 1.5 hours to my appointment, checked in, and waited 45 minutes before the front desk finally told me that my appointment had been moved to July. No one called, texted, or emailed me to let me know it had been changed. The receptionist just kept saying she wasn’t the one who made the appointment and there was nothing she could do. No one offered a solution or even tried to fit me in. What disappointed me the most was that the dentist never came out to explain what happened or apologize. After a 3-hour round trip and waiting 45 minutes, I left without getting my cleaning.

Pleasant experience in routine cleaning , friendly staff, no waiting time ,prompt. Address is not clear ! Helpful notice for directions : enter at the sign posted 1908 on Rt 70 then look for a board has 10 suites look for suite #3 Ocean dentistry

This dentistry is nice and clean with convenient location. Staff are all friendly and services are very good and efficient. My dental hygienist Qing was patient and tentative. Dentist Ruan would check my teeth and gave good advices. Would definitely recommend it to anyone! 2/27/2023: Had a tooth cracked yesterday . So I called in the morning to make an appointment for a visit. I was lucky that Dr. Ruan happened to have an appointment gap for me to fill in right away. So my tooth was immediately fixed by Dr. Ruan. I also had my teeth cleaned right after it!
